Just moments ago, the second suspect wanted in connection with the Missing Person Death Investigation, Shakel Rakeem Dixon (20) surrendered himself at the Aiken County Detention Center. Dixon is currently being booked for the charge of Murder. As this investigation continues, information that can be released will be made available and when it is appropriate.
