Warrenville, SC (21 December 2020, 1:30 pm) – In the early morning hours of November 28, 2018, shots rang out in front of 172 Keith Drive that resulted in the death of 39 year old Travis Young. Developments, evidence and supporting information led investigators to identifying Denzel Deshawn Jackson (20) of New Ellenton, SC as a suspect. Investigators have obtained arrest warrants for Jackson charging him with Murder, (5) five counts of Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime. On February 6, 2019, investigators arrested and obtain a warrant on Kristie Shantia Green (43) charging her with Accessory after the fact to Murder.
Green has since been released on bond in March 2019. Jackson has been held in the Aiken County Detention Center since his arrest on May 13, 2019 on charges associated with the death of Derrick Jai Curry who was reported missing on or about May 1, 2019.
