North Augusta, SC (18 July 2024) – Investigators are asking for any information from our community that would lead to the whereabouts of this vehicle and any information on these suspects. It is known that there are at least 4 Black male suspects involved in the murder of James L. Wright, Jr. Video evidence recovered from cameras in the area show the light colored Infiniti SUV, turned into a paved lot next to 356 Edgefield Road. Three armed suspects got out of the Infiniti, armed with guns, and shot Wright. They were seen getting back into the Infiniti turned left and drove on Edgefield Road towards I-20. These suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
